Admissions are taken only at the beginning of the school year depending upon vacancy and merit. Students are given an entrance exam to ascertain the merit and eligibility for the respective class. A student will be eligible only if she has been studying in a recognized school and produces the transfer certificate from the school last attended. In an inter-state transfer, the transfer certificate needs to be counter-signed by the Education Department.
The Montessori House of Children admits girls between the age of 3 ½ years. Boys are given admission only if vacancies are available.
As classes are already filled by promotion, there are
only a few vacancies in Std. 1 to XI. Only students
coming from recognized English-medium schools are considered,
and preference is give to transfer cases coming form out of town
schools affiliated to CBSE.
Admission to Stds. VI to XI is based on the student's potential
of passing the Central Board of Secondary Education .
No admission is taken in Std. X and Std. XII.
Parents may please note that admission to Class Eleven will depend upon the student's academic excellence, general aptitude, and her participation in all school activities.
1. The CBSE Examination has been designed to provide an examination in a course of general education in accordance with the recommendation of the Kothari Commission through the medium of English. The examination has been duly recognized by the Government of Bihar and by all other states of India.
2. The CBSE will ensure a general education without any diversification of studies as all candidates are required to enter and sit for all the compulsory subjects listed below:
English, Second Language, Maths, Social Studies, (History, Economics, Civics, Geography) and Science (i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Biology).Regular attendance and pass grade in Work
3. As each child is a unique individual, the policy of the school is that Promotion is granted when a student has demonstrated her ability to cope with the next step in education.

A booklet for fees is supplied free of charge at the beginning of the school year. If it is lost in the course of the year, a new booklet can be supplied for Rs.20/-.
The booklet will be kept in the school office and issued to each child at the beginning of every three month, with the amount due written in .
All fees are to be paid at the Central Bank of India N.D.A, Extension Counter, Patliputra Colony, on weekdays from 9.00 a.m to 1.00 pm and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 11.00 am.
Method of payment is given in the Fee Booklet. The child's name will be struck off the roll without further information if payment is not made for two consecutive times(6 months' fees).Re admission will depend on the availability of seats, and a re-admission fee will be charged.
Parents will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of payment, if needed.
The term fee, payable per term, includes games, audio-visual, electricity and generator, water, school magazine, and activities sponsored by the school.
An annual fee will be collected for examinations according to the classes.
No deduction is made in school fees due to the absence of a student from class or for holidays that fall within the school year.
No transfer certificate will be issued until all school dues are paid in full
While unnecessary changes will not be made in the fees, the Governing Body of the institution reserves the right to increase the fees in accordance with the salary increase and cost of maintenance of the school
All the students are requested to purchase an identity card, available from the School Book Store. This is to be duly filled in with a recent photograph in the school uniform and stamped and signed by the Principal.
The principal can be interviewed only on class days between 10:30 A.M TO 11:30 A.M, also with special appointment on weekends.
Working Hours Of Clerical Staff:
The school office is closed on any holiday.
No school business will be transacted on holidays nor in the Sister's residence at any time.

- Students who come to school in their own transport should arrive five minutes before the warning bell. The warning bell before class is a signal for all to go their classroom, get their books ready in silence, and prepare for the beginning of class, Changes of classrooms between periods should be done in discipline and order. When teacher enter and leave the classrooms, student are to stand and greet them in the customary way and give them proper attention and respect.
- Conduct that is injurious to the moral tone of the school or the right of others and not in accord with the required discipline is liable to incur suspension or dismissal.
- Students are not allowed to receive visitors or make phone calls. They will not be permitted to leave their class to answer a phone call. Only if the matter is very urgent will the student be called to the phone.
- No student may leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the express permission of the Principal.
- Student who ride the bus are to get into the bus in discipline and order and sit in refined manner while awaiting their stop.
- Students who come to school in the care of domestic workers should never leave school before the workers arrive to take them home, Those who go home alone, particularly those who stay for activities, should not loiter on the way but be prompt in returning home.
- Students are expected to take good care of their books and personal belongings, Valuable articles may not be brought to school. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
- Care must be taken of school property and restitution made for damaged articles. Students are forbidden to scratch or write on furniture, walls, or windows or to write in library books or other school books or magazines or spoil them in any destructive way.
- Students are encouraged to join the various activities of the school, and they must be regular in attending the activity once they have give in their names.
- Any student desiring to be exempted from P.T or games must produce a doctor's certificate to the effect that she is physically unfit to take part.
- Any student should not be sent to school if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease.
- Students should only bring to school their textbooks, Other books or magazines, if thought to be useful, may be brought only with the approval of the class teacher or the Principal. Magazines and books (other than texts or library books) will be confiscated and disposed of. The same applies to videos, audio-cassettes, and CDs.
- Students may not offer presents to their teacher except in those circumstances sanctioned by the Principal.
- Every student should carry the school diary daily.
- No student is entitled to enter the class unless she is clean and neatly dressed in the school uniform.
- Students should bring their tiffin with them in the morning. Parents are requested not to disturb the office staff in this connection.
- The date of birth of a student as recorded in the admission register cannot be changed.
